Giving financially is a part of worship, thanksgiving, faith, and obedience.
The Bible tells us in 2 Corinthians 9:7 that, "Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver." We at Covenant Baptist Church want to provide people with opportunities to give in such a way. We believe that giving is a part of the Christian mandate, but, more importantly, it is a part of the Christian blessing. Paul, quoting Jesus in Acts 20:35, reminds us that "it is more blessed to give than to recieve." So, let us give cheerfully and generously for the glory of God, the work of His Kingdom, and for our own benefit.
Thank you for your generosity in helping to support the vision and mission of Covenant Baptist Church as, together, we seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness.
Ways to Give
During our Worship Service
On Sunday mornings we dedicate a time, as a part of our worship, to collect tithes and offerings.
With our secure online giving system that meets all PCI/DSS security standards, you can set up an automatic recurring contribution or give a one-time gift using your checking account or a debit/credit card. Gifts can be designated to our General Fund or to other ministries. If the ministry fund you would like to designate your gift to doesn't appear as an option, just select "Other" and use the comment section to note where you would like your gift to be designated.
Your information will remain private and will never be shared. We will provide an annual receipt of your tax-deductible gifts in accordance with the IRS requirements.
NOTE: We only recommend donating by credit card to those individuals who are prepared to pay off their credit card balance in full at the end of each month. We encourage you to manage your finances in a way that does not incur debt.
