Student Ministry Midweek Program - Music & Worship
You will be leading our students and youth leaders in worship through singing and/or playing an instrument.
SERVING WITH Student Ministry
DETAILS If desiring to help out in this role you will need to prepare to be at church on Wednesday nights from roughly 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Our student band usually practices in the sanctuary from 6:00pm - 6:30pm and then again from 8:00pm - 9:00pm. This team usually performs 2-4 songs to open up our service on Wednesday nights. Occasionally leading worship on Sunday mornings during our main adult services, from 10:00am - 11:00 am, is also on the radar.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS In order to serve in this role you will need to have God's gifting and blessing of singing and/or playing an instrument. Communication with our student worship leaders, student worship team, and student pastor is essential. You are going to be on stage and will be leaders within our youth group. The expectation for you to lead through example and authenticity will be heavier on you than for the rest of our youth group.
